Oriental Soup House is a fusion of generations across continents. Since their birth, owners Clavier Charlotte and Clavier Michel have been active participants in French-Vietnamese-Hungarian gastronomy. Their mother’s secretly guarded Southeast Asian recipes are echoed in the authentic flavours of OSHO, as evidenced by the fact that the kitchen is still run by Vietnamese and Filipino chefs. After many years of planning, OSHO Balzac opened in 2015, followed four years later by OSHO Szervita. The concept is unique and enduring, as is the family history: original Vietnamese flavours and a constant twist, combined with Western European design.
